*[PDQ power spray program carries a 90-day guarantee (unless otherwise noted) for exterior pest issues including live spiders, excessive exterior spider web buildup, wasps/yellowjackets/hornets nesting on/in the structure or in a treated area, and cluster fly activity. PDQ Pest Control will provide, at no cost to the customer, service to correct any infestations from any pests outlined in the guarantee. PDQ Pest Control is not responsible for any damage to customer property resulting from any insect infestations at any time before or after treatment is performed. Infestations of “small” ants (odorous house, pavement, or little black) can be covered under power spray guarantee only if customer opts to have basement treated for general insect control in addition to the exterior. Wood destroying insects such as termites and carpenter ants are excluded from this guarantee unless otherwise noted. New customers with active carpenter bee infestations must have existing infestation treated at additional cost prior to receiving carpenter bee coverage under power spray guarantee. Requests for additional spider control must be made within 75 days from date of initial treatment.
